About The Bloomsbury Workshop

The Bloomsbury Workshop is the specialist dealer for works by the Bloomsbury Group.

Established nearly 25 years ago, The Bloomsbury Workshop deals almost exclusively in the works of Duncan Grant, Vanessa Bell, Roger Fry and Dora Carrington. These include paintings, drawings, prints and other artefacts by the Bloomsbury artists.

The Bloomsbury Workshop also manages the estate of Frederick Porter who was a member of the London Artists Association and whose paintings are to be found at Monk’s House and Charleston.

The Bloomsbury Workshop’s gallery is now closed but business is conducted two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) from an apartment conveniently situated less than 200 yards from the front gates of the British Museum.
